Buying Acoustic Panels in Bulk in the UAE and GCC: A Guide for Contractors

To get an accurate bulk quote for acoustic panels in the UAE or GCC, send the drawings, quantities, sizes, colours, fire and acoustic requirements, delivery address and programme in one package. The more complete the brief, the fewer revisions, and the sooner you have a firm, itemised price.

This guide is written for main contractors, fit-out contractors and interior designers buying panels for offices, hotels, schools, clinics and other commercial projects.

What to send with your enquiry

• Drawings: layouts and elevations, ideally as .DWG or .DXF files; .AI and .PDF also work for patterns and artwork.
• Product and specification: the panel type (PET, acoustic wood, groove panels, wood wool, fiberglass, ceiling tiles or baffles) and the relevant section of the specification.
• Quantities and sizes: area or panel count per type, thickness, and any standard sheet sizes or custom cuts.
• Colours and finishes: colour references per area, or a sample you need matched.
• Fire requirements: the classification or test standard the specification or consultant asks for.
• Acoustic requirements: any target absorption rating, such as an NRC or an absorption class, and the mounting the design assumes.
• Fixing method: adhesive, mechanical fixing, PVC profile track or a suspended system.
• Delivery address and site access: unloading, lift sizes, storage on site and any delivery-time restrictions.
• Programme: when you need panels on site, and whether deliveries should be phased by floor or zone.

Data sheets and submittals

Every acoustic product we supply has a technical data sheet, sent on request. For submittals, tell us what your consultant needs to see, typically the data sheet with its fire and acoustic information, and we will prepare the documents for the products in our quotation.

Check that the acoustic data matches how the panels will be installed. Absorption results depend on thickness and mounting, so a panel tested with an air gap behind it will not perform the same when glued flat to a wall.

Samples and approvals

Colour and texture look different on screen, so most design teams want physical samples before they approve. Ask us about samples of the colours and finishes you are considering, and build approval time into your programme so production can start as soon as the sample is signed off.

Cut-to-file CNC for complex packages

Bulk orders often go beyond standard sheets: wall patterns that run across many panels, ceiling rafts, wayfinding, logos and lettering. We cut PET panels on our own CNC in Jebel Ali, straight from your file, at a tolerance of ±0.1 mm, with grooves, shapes, patterns and engraving. Panels cut to file arrive ready to fix, which reduces cutting, waste and dust on site.

Supply only, or supply and install

• Inside the UAE: supply only, or supply and install with our own team, in all seven emirates. We measure, draw, make and install, so one team is responsible from drawings to handover.
• Saudi Arabia and the other GCC countries: we supply acoustic products only, without installation. Your local team installs to the drawings and fixing details.

For export orders, tell us the delivery terms you need and who will handle customs clearance, so the quotation covers the right scope.

For supply and install, our team works across the emirates, including PET acoustic panels in Abu Dhabi and in Sharjah.

Packaging and labelling

On a large site, how panels arrive matters as much as how they are made. Tell us how you’d like panels labelled, for example by floor, room, elevation or drawing reference, and how they should be grouped when packed, so each bundle goes straight to the right area. Clear labelling saves sorting time on site and reduces the risk of panels being fixed in the wrong place.

Prices depend on quantity, material, design and finish, so we quote each package individually. You receive a fixed, itemised quotation that shows exactly what is included and, for supply-and-install work, a programme and handover date before work starts.

Frequently asked questions

Can you work from our consultant’s drawings?

Yes. Send .DWG, .DXF, .AI or .PDF files and we will prepare cutting files from them, flagging anything that needs clarifying before production.

Do you supply to Saudi Arabia?

Yes. We supply acoustic products to Saudi Arabia and the other GCC countries. Installation outside the UAE is not included.

Can you match a specified colour?

Send us the colour reference or a physical sample. We supply PET panels in custom colours and will confirm the closest match with you before production.

Do you offer CNC cutting only?

Yes. Contractors and acoustic suppliers without their own CNC can use us as a cutting partner, working from their files.
