Inside Our Jebel Ali Factory: Why In-House Joinery Changes Everything
Most fit-out contractors outsource their joinery. We built our own factory instead — here is what that means for quality, lead times and cost.
By MuteLine Team

Mute Line operates a fully equipped joinery and carpentry factory in Dubai’s Jebel Ali Industrial Area. Nothing is outsourced to third-party workshops, which gives us complete control over quality, lead times and cost.
Panel Dividing Saw
Our industrial panel dividing saw cuts large-format MDF, plywood, laminates and particle boards with perfect squareness and chip-free edges. A scoring saw prevents chipping on laminated surfaces — critical for kitchen cabinets, wardrobe carcasses and acoustic panel base boards.
Edge Banding Machine
Every panel edge is finished with PVC, ABS or laminate banding, trimmed, corner-rounded and polished. That is why cabinet doors, wardrobe panels and hotel furniture leave our factory with a furniture-grade finish.
PET Acoustic CNC
Our CNC holds ±0.1 mm on 4×8 ft sheets and custom sizes, with multi-depth routing for grooves and engraving. It powers both our own acoustic walls and the B2B cutting service we offer to other acoustic companies.
What it means for you
- Full quality control on every order
- No third-party delays
- Consistent standards from one panel to a full hotel package
- Faster turnaround on trade orders
Site visits to the factory are available by appointment.
