Maison RMC, Dubai
Maison RMC Office Fit-Out
Three bare rooms in a Dubai office tower turned into a finished real-estate workspace: walnut-finish wall cladding with floating shelves, an illuminated signage wall behind the executive desk, and a black acoustic wall traced with geometric LED lines.
The brief
Turn three empty, half-furnished rooms into a professional workspace that feels like the brand: warm, confident and quiet enough to take a call in.
What we built
Wall cladding panels were cut and edge-banded in our Jebel Ali factory, then fixed on site over a levelled timber frame. In the executive office the walnut-finish wall carries the illuminated Maison RMC lettering, framed by vertical light lines. Next door, a black acoustic wall is crossed by recessed LED lines on a remote, so the room can go from bright to cinematic in a click.
Why it works
Every panel arrived cut to the millimetre, so the install was clean and fast: no sawdust in an occupied office tower, and joints that line up across the whole wall.
