About Mute Line

The Mute Line story

From an empty warehouse to a working factory: how Mute Line began.

Mute Line began with two passions: woodwork and sound engineering. Our founder saw that Dubai needed both at once, so he built a company that does carpentry properly and understands how a room sounds.

Today we make custom kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, TV units and decorative MDF products, and we design and build acoustic treatment and soundproofing for home cinemas, music studios, rehearsal and podcast rooms, sports halls, schools and offices. Everything is made in-house, in our own factory in Jebel Ali.

PET Acoustic CNC Machine

Our PET acoustic CNC cutter processes standard 4×8 ft sheets and custom sizes on a vacuum hold-down bed, holding a cutting tolerance of ±0.1 mm with multi-depth routing for grooves, textures and layered finishes. Files are accepted in .DXF, .DWG, .AI and .PDF formats, with optimised cutting paths for minimal wastage.

Acoustics

Acoustic & Soundproofing

Acoustics is the other half of Mute Line. We design and build acoustic treatment and soundproofing for home cinemas, music and rehearsal studios, podcast rooms, sports halls, schools and offices. Our range covers PET acoustic panels, grooved wood panels, wood wool boards, soundproof doors, ceilings, acoustic pods and soundproofing for any kind of requirement.

We supply and install across the UAE, and supply acoustic materials to Saudi Arabia and the rest of the GCC. Data sheets are available for every product.

Saman brings six years of experience in carpentry, joinery and acoustics in Dubai. He started Mute Line to combine the two things he cares about most: woodwork and sound engineering.
