What usually lets the noise in
In Al Reem, Yas and Al Raha towers, noise tends to come through the front door, the shared corridor wall and the windows facing the road. In villas it is more often one room disturbing another: a cinema or play room next to a bedroom. We find the weak point on site before proposing anything, because soundproofing only works when the path the sound takes is closed.

How we soundproof a room
Real soundproofing adds mass and separation: an insulated wall lining on resilient fixings, a suspended ceiling where needed, acoustic sealant around every gap, and a solid door with proper seals. It is different from acoustic panels, which reduce echo inside a room but do not stop sound passing through walls. Many rooms need both, and we explain which does what.

Linings, doors and any joinery are made in our Jebel Ali factory to your measurements, then installed in Abu Dhabi by the same team, finished to match the room so the treatment does not look like an add-on.

Yes. Single rooms such as a cinema, a bedroom or a home studio are the most common requests. We measure the room and check its walls, ceiling and door first.
A wall lining typically takes a few centimetres from each treated wall. We show the exact depth on the drawing before you agree.
Towers and many communities ask for fit-out approval. We prepare the drawings and method statement they normally request.
