In Ajman’s apartment towers, from the Corniche to Al Nuaimiya, the most common problems are footsteps from the flat above and voices through the wall. Impact noise and airborne noise need different fixes, so we start by working out which one you have.

Ceilings, walls and doors

A suspended ceiling on resilient hangers with insulation reduces footsteps; an insulated wall lining reduces voices and TV noise; a solid door with seals stops corridor noise. We combine only what your room needs.

Honest about the result

Soundproofing reduces noise; it rarely removes it completely in an existing building. We explain what improvement to expect before you decide.
